    Most products in our catalog are in stock or are otherwise readily available. If, however, an item is not currently available, we will notify you by email or telephone. If you choose to wait for the item, we will ship it when it is available or you may choose to ship and backorder however, there will be an additonal shipping charge for the back-ordered item.

    Pricing

    Although we make every attempt to keep the prices in our catalog up to date, all prices are subject to change without notice. The prices charged will be those in effect at the time of shipment. In the case where a price at the time of shipment is different than on your order, we will contact you by email or telephone requesting your authorization to proceed with the order.

    All prices are stated in U.S. dollars.

    Sales Tax

    6.75% sales tax is added to orders shipped to destinations in North Carolina.

    Payment Terms

    When you submit an order from our Web site, you have three choices for submitting your payment:

    You may phone or FAX us to give us your credit card number, or You may mail your check or money order to us.

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards; certified checks; and postal money orders. Personal checks are accepted subject to collection of funds.

    Please note that we cannot fulfill your order until we receive your payment.

    An additional fee of $30.00 will be charged for any check returned due to insufficient funds.

    All accounts not paid within 10 days after the billing date will be charged 1 1/2 % per month (18% APR). Minimum rebilling fee: $.50.

    Time Frame for Fulfillment of Orders

    Orders we receive before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day if the merchandise is in stock.

    Electronic Settlement Practices

    Our policy is to apply the charge to your credit card upon shipment of the items ordered. If an item is backordered, your credit card will not be charged for that item until the item is shipped.

    Merchandise Return Policy

    Order with confidence, it is our desire you are satistfied with your purchase. If any non-custom made item does not meet your expectations, return it within 30 days. Custom-made items cannot be returned. Please remember that shipping and handling and restocking fees are not refundable.

    Returns are subject up to a 30% restocking charge.

    If you choose to ship your order back to us, you are responsible for any shipping or handling charges you might incur. We suggest that you ship your order via Federal Express or UPS to make tracking your return easier. AS RETURN SHIPPER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND PACKAGE WELL.  BE SURE TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE. ITEMS RECEIVED BROKEN WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED.

    Shipping

    We ship to destinations anywhere around the world. Our standard method of shipping is via USPS and UPS. Additional charges apply for bulky items, expedited deliveries or shipments outside the Continental U.S.A. (see below). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Refusing A Delivery

    By Placing an order with us you agree not to refuse any delivery. You also agree if you do refuse a delivery your shipping charges will not be refunded and the shipping charges for the return to us will be deducted from your refund plus restocking fees not to exceed 30% of the product total. Do not refuse a delivery, call us for a return authorization 1-828-874-6660. The call is Free.

    Breakage

    UPS and the USPS do not insure glass and neither do we.  Efforts are made to secure your package from breakage by using very strong shipping cartons and keeping items in the case from moving. We have very little breakage reported. Breakage usually results from human error from within the transportation company. A box may not show dents or crush but can have breakage due to shock. Glass does not deal well with shock. A small drop can break glass with no outward damage to the box. Also, some dishonest people claim breakage when they broke it. Either way, we do not guarantee glass. We want to be notified of breakage and request pictures showing the damage and any damage to the outside of the carton.  This information is used for statisical purposes and helps us to identify problem areas.

    If you will provide the pictures we may reimburse you up to 50% of the cost of the item but not the shipping.

    The larger the Riker Mount the greater the chance of breakage due to more surface area of the glass. UPS advised us to bubble wrap each piece seperately but they win either way. By bubble wraping each piece on the larger full case shipments the box gets so big it gets classified as oversize and UPS charges a much higher rate to ship but still wont guarantee the glass. We beefed up the box and strengthed the glass 5 years ago but this added an increase to the price of the product at that time. We have very little breakage but that wont stop a careless person from dropping a box or a truck or fork lift from running over the carton.

    We can arrange for expedited delivery for orders delivered to U.S. destinations -- Next Day Air (one business day), Second Day (two business days) or Third Day (3 business days).

    Please note that when you request expedited delivery, your order total does not include the shipping charges. We will send you an email with your estimated shipping charges for the service you ordered. In order for us to process and ship your order, you must reply to the email that includes the original email of shipping charges. You must state that you accept the charges and sign by printing your name. As soon as we receive your email we will process your order. Emails received after 12 noon ET are not guaranteed to ship the same day.

    Please note: Customers choosing expedited services by UPS or Postal Service do so at their own risk. In the event of breakage or delays we will not refund any expedited delivery charges paid by customer for UPS next day, 2nd day or 3rd day select or expedited U.S. Postal charges for expedited delivery. We will refund reg. UPS ground and USPS surface mail charges for breakage but not for delays. Also, customers who refuse delivery for any reason will not have delivery charges refunded

    About Dimensional Shipping Costs

    Expedited deliveries go by air freight. Charges are based on Dimensional Weight, that is, the size of the box and its weight. In some cases, these charges can equal or far exceed the value of the merchandise. We determine the cost of shipping upon packing and weighing your order -- as it is ready to leave.

    UPS RATES INCREASE ABOUT 8% EACH YEAR PLUS THERE IS A 10% FUEL SURCHARGE ADDED TO THE EXPEDITED FREIGHT CHARGE WHICH CAN CHANGE AT ANY TIME. ALSO, IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS YOU MAY BE CHARGED A UPS OUT OF DELIVERY AREA SURCHAGE OF UP TO $2.75 PER BOX.

    Shipping to U.S.A.

    Standard Shipping to U.S.A.

    We ship orders to destinations within the contiguous U.S.A., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions, and APO and FPO addresses via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service.

    The standard shipping and handling charge for deliveries to U.S.A. destinations varies, depending on the shipping destination and the value of your order. Delivery times vary from 2 to 7 days. We ship most packages 3 pounds and more by UPS because we have less breakage than with the post office.

    UPS calculates shipping based on weight, size of package and destination (miles). On top of the shipping charge they (UPS) will add the following charges if applicable: If the shipment is going to a residential address (even if you consider yourself a business working out of your residential home) UPS has a surcharge of $2.50 per box. If your business or home is more than 10 miles from their distribution hub there is an out of delivery area surcharge up to $2.75 per box.

    If you are receiving 200 pounds or more in one shipment at a residential address there is an additional surcharge by UPS. There is also a fuel surcharge that can change weekly and insurance amounts per box is additional as is adding signature confirmation. Since there is no way to calculate how far you are from their distribution center or what the daily fuel surcharge is we use a formula that is not perfect but works well for nearly all our shipments. These charges apply to the continental United States excluding Alaska. To cover the expense of handling (box, filler and labor) you may have up to $1.50 per box added.

     

    Alaska and Hawaii

    We cannot calculate shipping charges in advance for orders going to Alaska or Hawaii. In these cases, your order total does not include the shipping charges. We will send you an email with your estimated shipping charges for the service you ordered. In order for us to process and ship your order, you must reply to the email that includes the original email of shipping charges. You must state that you accept the charges and sign by printing your name. As soon as we receive your email we will process your order. Emails received after 12 noon ET are not guaranteed to ship the same day.

    Expedited Delivery to U.S.A.

    We can arrange for expedited delivery for orders delivered to U.S. destinations -- Next Day Air (one business day), Second Day (two business days) or Third Day (3 business days). If you request expedited delivery, please see Important Notice About Expedited Shipping for details.
